Barr. Adekanbi.(SPECIAL ADVISER TO THE OYO STATE GOVERNOR)

Though born blind, he is no so-and-so. Graduating with a first class from the University of Edinburg, UK, he came back to Nigeria to serve his own country. Currently, he is a special advisor to the Oyo State Government. He shared his term ‘people with this ability’ and not disability, in describing his standpoint on the physically challenged. For him, his inability to see is not as much a problem as it would have been if he was uneducated. His emphasis thus is on education, which he believes is the light. With it, one is able to become what one really can. His charge was uplifting and left the audience challenged.
